Our prime Brisket is grain-fed beef with a flavor as bold as the West. The cattle are carefully raised by a network of family ranchers from around the Northwest.

Our 1/2 tray of brisket on average will feed 12-15 people

Our Full tray of brisket on average will feed 20-30 people.

We estimate a third of a pound per person so if you have big eaters grab some more.
